Have your order delivered to your location hot and fresh. Skip the line and go right up to the counter to collect your order with our Click & Collect service.
When you place your order, you get an email receipt with all of your order details. Show them to us when collecting your order. It’s that simple!

Love but room for improvement
Absolutely love this convenient way... one recommendation - where u can edit... you should be able to specific which piece of chicken you would prefer - the only option is spicy or original.
Online App NOT Working
Today was the third time I placed an order and it was never received. I have used this app many times in the past and I worked well. But throughout this year, I have placed orders on two previous occasions and after 2 hours of waiting on a call for delivery I had to call the Windsor branch in Arima to find out what is the delay to which the person stated that they did not receive an online order from me and that the app is experiencing challenges. This happened twice! Today I decided to try ordering KFC on behalf of someone at around 10:50am, thinking that the glitch has been resolved on the app, only for the entire day to pass without receiving as little as a phone call. Email confirmations were sent with every order, therefore I know it is not my internet connection and that the order did in fact go through into the system. It is now 6:45pm and still nothing! The This is absolutely unacceptable! Do better!
Good app but service doesn’t match
The app design and usability is very good. I find it easy to place orders. However, the service being provided does not match the app.
Today I placed an order for collection. When I got to the branch I joined the click and collect line and still had to wait for the normal line to be cashed then when I got to the cashier and paid for my order I still had to wait for my order behind everyone that was already there.
Why have a click and collect service if you can’t service those customers in that manner? I understand that certain branches can be busy and online orders could potentially be missed or ignored but it doesn’t make sense to offer a service like click and collect and the service doesn’t work as intended.
