What on earth katch company. JUNE 26,2023, you don’t care about your costumers. Almost 3 hours been waiting for my order and no driver available. And no one had contacted me that you are having some issues from your company. Let me educate you, you have to contact your costumers if you have encountered this kind if matter. My goodness.

Worst service
I paid through katch app through farej swaleh, later farej sawleh guy asked me to pay again , i paid when i said to katch why was i charged again by catch they said bot our concern, better stay away from startups, all there customer support chat data was wiped , not sure what they are doing
