Now you can work directly with a vetted and skilled service technician in your area, with just the tap of a button. Technicians on Holler’s platform are trained for restaurant and retail facility repairs, including: air conditioning, exhaust hoods, refrigeration, ice machines, and cooking/prep equipment.
How does it work?
STEP 1. REQUEST SERVICE. Using the app you will select which service you need, write a description of the problem and even upload any pictures. Once you choose the time, a Holler technician will be automatically assigned.
STEP 2. TECHNICIAN ARRIVES. The technician will diagnose, quote and repair your equipment all through the app. You will receive real-time updates every step of the way.
STEP 3. CONFIRM COMPLETION. Once done, Holler handles paying the technician and for any parts you may have needed. You'll receive one streamlined invoice directly from Holler for the work performed.
