App won’t open
I have downloaded this app twice. Once it’s downloaded, initially, I can open it and get it to work but once I close out of it and try to get into it again later I’m the day or the following day, it won’t open at all and all I get is the spinning load circle but the app never opens. Not sure if it’s the app or my phone but I don’t seem to have any issues with any other app on my phone so I can only assume it’s an issue with the app
Voiceover Accessibility Is Nonexistent
Unfortunately, I’m not able to give a thorough review of the app because it is not accessible with voiceover for the blind. My job worked with this company to provide the service for free but nothing works with voiceover other than to watch videos. The portion you do on the daily doesn’t work at all. unlabeled buttons, etc. This needs to be fixed and it’s a shame that it’s not working out of the gate…
