Description
Jotform is an easy-to-use web form builder. You can create forms using a web-based drag and drop form builder and get form responses emailed to you. Jotform has many advanced features. Such as collecting payments using secure forms and getting your submission reports in Excel. It is also possible to receive and browse your form submissions using Jotform Mac Application.
Using the Jotform Mac Application, you can
- Browse your recently received web form submissions easily.
- Browse submissions on each online form.
- Search inside your existing form submissions.
- Reply or Forward your submissions right from your Mac.
- Edit submission data and view forms.

Very Helpful
Been using this app for a while, and I really like it.
My only beef is that, I have to start a new work order each time, and enter all details again, even for a repeat order; when I should be able to easily duplicate and edit a previous order (making a new order from it).

Good Program but not reliable email notifications
I’ve really enjoyed using jotform over the years but the email notifications are very unreliable. I’ve been in contact with support several times, I’ve changed where the notifications are supposed to go (several different email addresses) and still my notifications are very intermittenent. They have a desktop app that I can check everyday to see what comes in which is fine for me, but I do forms form my clients also, and if I’m not getting mine, chances are, my clients aren’t getting theirs either. It’s a good program but I can’t risk loosing out on a sale, so I’m moving all my forms to another form builder.
