Jobmania Eternal Dungeon 17+

Its hard to describe exactly the impact this game has had on me. It has its balance issues, and some fights are clearly unfair to certain builds, but the bones and the ideas put forth here have made a profound impression on me. Ive played, no joke, most rpgs that have released since the snes came into this world. I am very confident in my knowledge of rpg mechanics and game design, and it has been a slow burn dream of mine to do exactly what Aub is doing here and making my own video game. When i think nowadays of what game i want to finally make, i find myself often taking inspiration from Jobmania as it hits so many notes that i would personally want in a perfect mobile game: replayability, cool heroes, meaningful items, build diversity, easy to play but hard to master, and that neverending treadmill of dopamine. These things are pillars that game creators have tried to pin down and balance for decades and few ever get close, so for Aub to have made this… well, if you’re listening Aub, Amazing work. And thank you. If i ever finish my game i’ll rec it in discord.

At first, I just thought of making a game that I myself would have loved to play back in the days when I was still a student. Time flies, and a lot of players have given good feedback. I've made changes to the game here and there, listening to them, and this is the Jobmania we have today. It wouldn't be anywhere near as fun without all the ideas you guys contributed. From the images and description you might think this is one of those ad filled gacha inapp nightmares. But it’s really not. If you like incrementals, roguelites, or tcgs. Give it a try! AND no annoying hand holding tutorial that lasts forever!! It’s full of popular and obscure references, you’ll get things like references to Rick & Morty and new things, then randomly Saint Seiya, the 80s anime. It’s almost like a Slay the Spire + Super Smash Bros (things from all sorts of references) + Pokemon (You collect and capture heroes) + Crafting jobs!

And yes. You really can play this game free. And no, you won’t feel the “oh if you’re free u can have these scraps, but if u want to stand a chance u gotta pay”.

Played this game for years and don’t think I’ll ever quit. There’s so many characters and classes to choose from with great seasonal events that feel extremely rewarding even for non-paying players. I personally use the “Demon Knight” class paired with the “Death Thanatos” and “Skeleton Dragon Dracolich” characters. 😁
For all the time I’ve played this Im still learning new combos and methods every week or so that keeps me engaged and devoid of boredom. I highly recommend this game. 😌

EDIT: The developer appears to fix any bugs extremely fast, panicked during the last one that barred me for playing for a day… 😅 Thank god because I adore this game. I’ll always support this game~
