Game changer!!!!

If I could give this app 100 stars I would! I have never stayed as consistent with my workouts and meal plan as I have with Jo’s app. The personalized workouts were a game changer. I also loved how I could see how much weight and how many reps I had done the last time I did each workout. It kept me motivated and helped me push myself for growth. The app synced with Apple Watch and Apple fitness app as well. The meal tracker was simple to use and really opened my eyes. I wasn’t getting nearly enough protein before this program. Now I’m eating more and seeing results!!!! If you would have told me months ago that I would be comfortable wearing crops tops I would have laughed. Truly a life changing program.

Jo's fitness program/app offers a mindful approach to fitness, with a focus on positive gradual changes and daily movement. Best fitness/ health app and coach

Hi, my name is denise I have been working with jo for 15 weeks I believe and I was amazed to see my mental / physical transformation, I learned a lot through this program and I also hit new prs. The program involved gaining muscle and reducing fat towards the end of the program my confidence/ muscle increased. The jo feather community was also something that helped me out through this program to not give up and push through.
