Can’t use the app at all
This is a case of the other 1 stars being totally accurate. I downloaded the app and have messed around with various ways of accessing the internet as the error message I receive says that my internet connection is the problem. Nope, it’s not - this app just doesn’t work. Also, I’m in Korea trying to use the app so I find it sus that the problem has something to do with overseas bots: I’m in Korea with a Korean IP address. Seriously - this app is terrible: don’t bother trying to use it.

Unusable
Cant pass the Cloudflare initial test, despite every other app and website I’ve used with it has.
Seems a little unnecessarily security focused just to give a business my money, no?

As a result of these measures, some IP addresses may encounter difficulties accessing the app.
We are actively working with the responsible department to ease and improve these protective measures. In the meantime, please access our services through the PC web.

Doesn’t work
Keeps saying “Your network connection is experiencing delays. Please check the connection and run the app again”. There’s nothing wrong with my network connection.
