App doesn't work at all
We are new to Jim's Propane and when I asked if I can pay the invoice online I was told to pay via the app. Downloaded it and tried to "activate account". Entered the 3 requested pieces of info and spinny wheel went until it timed out and a window came up saying "registration failed". Tried twice, same result. Tried "contact us" to report the bug. It spun forever and never took me to a contract page. Quit the apo, reopened it and tried again. Same result for both activation and contact.
