Frustrating
When I received this cup, I was finally able to pair it to my phone. It’s been 3 months and still cannot get it to connect to WiFi. There is an update, but can only be done if cup is connected to WiFi. Catch 22
Mug not syncing
I received this mug yesterday. I downloaded the app to pair and have not been able to. S3 mug shows up in my screen to pair but I am unable to tap it to pair. Also, I’m unable to create an account as I don’t receive a captcha via phone or email when I enter it. This has a 7 day return policy so I hope this is fixed soon. Cool mug, but I’m unable to use it right now. I emailed the service dept and have not received a response yet.
Doesn’t work
Got to the pair screen app shows the mug in pair mode but won’t let me click on the mug. Looks like a cool cup but it’s getting returned since It doesn’t work. So no QC on this product? Did someone try this figured out it was a pain to use and still said hey I think it is market ready.
