With Jia Field Works, your team gains an indispensable tool to streamline operations.
Jia offers the ability to create, assign, and track completion of tasks across the service divisions of your operation. Images of created tasks allow for quality assurance and transparency across your organization. Completed task data can be used to generate in-depth reporting on the efficiency of your operation.
Every task created within Jia can also be tied to the nearest residential or commercial address, making navigation and reporting simple.
The Jia platform is integrated with various Open311 APIs, which allows for tasks sent via 311 in your district to be assigned directly to ambassadors on the street.

Revamped how users can select divisions in the mobile app for a more intuitive and efficient experience.
Divisions are now presented as a list of options, making it easier for users to view and select their division of choice. Users with multiple divisions will experience a more scannable and cleaner division list, reducing the time to scroll between divisions in order to select a task category.
