Jeevan Vigyan is a modern spiritual center based in Kathmandu, Nepal, which teaches the art and science of living a spiritual life through various programs that integrate meditation, yoga, psychology and management development programs. The basic purpose of Jeevan Vigyan is to help you realize your own true nature of limitless inner joy and overall excellence in life. Jeevan Vigyan follows a strictly scientific approach an is completely free from any communal, sectarian or religious affiliations. More than two million people from around 55 countries have directly benefited from Jeevan Vigyan’s in-person programs, besides millions who have benefitted from virtual and online sessions. Currently, there are about two hundred physical daily yoga and meditation classes in different languages offered by 1,200 trained Jeevan Vigyan Instructors. You can choose a session of your convenient time and location.
