JAMIS Prime ERP Version Support
The mobile app version supports JAMIS Prime 7.0 and higher.
- It was not possible to attach images to records when using iOS 17.1.
- It was not possible to attach live photos to documents.
- The performance for viewing attached files has been improved.
- If the visibility of a particular tab or table is restricted by the business logic, it is now hidden from the user in the mobile app. This functionality requires JAMIS Prime ERP 8.0 or a later version.
- If a box containing a phone number had an entry mask associated with it, the phone number was not correctly displayed.
Ratings and Reviews
Convenient
It’s nice being able to access and update my info on the app. Whenever there’s an issue, the Support team is just a phone call away minus the 10+ mins on hold.
Often unable to login
Unable to login - have to close the app and repeat the login process multiple times. With the update it just says “you’ve authenticated” and I can’t do anything else.
Prior to the update (not sure if this still applies) the UI is a little weird to navigate. Submitting timesheets for the week or adding time to the day for a new task can be confusing, especially after an update
Time card module submits hours on the wrong job!
When you add a second job to a day for time recording and then put hours on it, the app displays your hours on that job when you save. However, when you submit the time card it puts all of your previously recorded hours on new job! Twice now I have had to go through my company’s HR department to correct timesheets THAT WERE CORRECT WHEN I SUBMITTED THEM, but were not correct when they were approved. Weak tea, JAMIS Prime!
