Paid for Xframe and cannot access. Zero response from anyone.

I would love to hear from someone as to why I cannot access the Xframe training after paying for it. I've tried for two weeks now to get a hold of someone and I've had zero response. I've enjoyed everything up to this point but this is unacceptable for a business.

Fantastic App!

Absolutely amazing app with the upmost amount of information. Extremely helpful, I recommend for anyone who wants to learn more about all things bodybuilding and hypertrophy. The only thing that I wished they added to the app is the ability to keep listening to your video/lesson you’re on while not directly on the app. Like Spotify does with podcasts. For example, if I’m driving and need directions on at all times I can’t listen to the video I’m working on while also having my directions up. I need to specifically be on the J3U app in order to listen and can’t see my directions. If they added this feature, it would be an absolute 5 star in my eyes!
