J.O.E.® is compatible with all JURA automatic coffee machines equipped with Smart Connect or Wi-Fi Connect. Simply operate your automatic machine with the app and enjoy perfect coffee specialties en vogue and according to your personal taste."

Coffee enjoyment
Coffee strength, water quantity, temperature and milk foam: you can easily adjust the basic settings of your automatic speciality coffee machine to your personal taste via the app. You can also easily expand the existing variety of coffee specialties with your own creations. You can even personalize them with an individual image.

No problem, your data is available to you at any time.

Easy and secure shopping: Care products, accessories and spare parts. In the JURA E-Store you will find all our products for our automatic speciality coffee machines. If required, order them directly via J.O.E.® and have your purchase conveniently delivered to your home.

Operation
With Siri and the Apple Watch, you can operate JURA fully automatic coffee machines even smarter. You can prepare your coffee simply by voice command or with a tap of your finger on the Apple Watch.

Helpful. Wish my own beverages would transfer to the z10.

Between the app and calling the help line it has made the learning curve better. More explicit manual would help a lot.

Using the Jura EH as a vision, impaired person

When considering the Chura products, I was initially disappointed to learn that most of their new models do not have tactile buttons, but rather only touchscreen panel. Touchscreen panels for blind or vision impaired people prove to be nearly impossible to operate. I discovered that the model E8 does in fact have some flat panel, tactile buttons, so I purchased that model. First, I was absolutely delighted with the product itself, and my ability to make coffee using the tactile buttons rather than the touchscreen panel. Subsequently, I discovered that Chura has a mobile application called JOE. This application is brilliant! Not only is it well designed, but it was also built to be completely compatible with iPhone, and Apple voice accessibility. Using the app, I have nearly full functionality of the machine. I would encourage Jura to consider the needs of low vision or blind, or people who have mobility challenges in operating any device with only touchscreen functionality. The application certainly does the trick for me, and hopefully for many others. I give The your company kudos for building, not only a great machine, but also a great application with full or nearly full assessability for low vision or blind people. Congratulations on a great product.

Wrong Direction

It’s as if they are being intentionally ironic. They started with a remote control that cannot turn on the coffee maker, which would be nice to start or check the machine when you are away from it, but of course it cannot tell if it has/needs beans or water anyway. Now, they added a PIN (so, basically, you have people who know enough to share your network and control everything but the coffee), and it glitches, asking for the PIN until you have to go over to the machine to ‘accept’ it — but of course you were already there, because you have to stand in front to turn it on anyway before using this ‘remote.’

Now, the latest version for the iPad claims to always be ‘Connecting’ (it may be, or not, since you can read the machine stats while it claims so), and, if you want to read the manual to figure out how to enter the PIN it seems to randomly ask for, never fear: The developer has improved <snark> upon PDF with an in-app browser without a search function — just like good, old-fashioned paper! — which is OK, too, since that isn’t in the manual.

I miss my C1000.
