He intentado por medio del portal y de la app ingresar a pagar mi TC varias veces sin éxito y concluyo que es imposible. Incluso abrieron un caso para escalar y solucionar (# …….6981)

The app was the best online banking app in Colombia until Itaú acquired the original bank. They keep trying to fix the app, but after the last update I can’t transfer money using the app. I have to turn on my computer and use the web version. Absolutely useless app.
Could improve!
Too slow for certain services or just do not work sometimes: transfers, PSE does not appear despite the marketing message
