Ratings and Reviews
Great practice app
Memorizing tunes and keeping them fresh in your memory is an ongoing challenge, but this app is designed to help. It selects tunes for you to memorize and work on based on playlists you input, whether it's your current repertoire or a setlist for an upcoming gig. The app tracks which tunes you’ve practiced, for how long, and recommends tunes to revisit based on how recently you've practiced them. With a calendar to review your practice history, streak tracking, and gamification features, it makes the process of memorizing tunes more manageable and engaging. A feature update I hope to see, similar to what’s found in other flash card apps, is the ability to influence how frequently a tune is recommended by self-reporting how familiar or unfamiliar you are with it when a recommended tune pops up.
An uniquely awesome idea and fantastic contribution
The app is sleek, simple to use, and highly effective.
This is a great, quick way to organize your song repertoire, keep track of your practice habits, and detail what you need to improve upon.
The app allows you to arrange any set of songs and tracks your time spent on each tune, while also allowing you to take any notes for future review.
You can quickly see which songs in your set you have not reviewed in a while, and you can also automate it so that you can practice your songs in a logical order without spending time wondering which song to review next.
Build streaks, practice with a handy metronome full of fun features, take notes if you’d like, build your setlist, and most importantly, manage your practice and repertoire effectively!
So helpful for new musicians
I have only been playing my bass for about 2 years, and this app helped me stay on top of practicing everyday. it’s also convenient having all of the songs from my music books, songs I want to learn, and songs I have learned, all in one place. The progress tracker really motivates me to get to the next level!
