Ratings and Reviews
Notifications don’t clear
Overall a great app, but I always have a red notification on the app that won’t clear. In the past I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app to get it to clear.
Can’t search beneficiaries
Can’t search beneficiaries. Cannot download payments retrospectively or send confirmation of payment from app. Cannot add once off payment beneficiary as a new permanent beneficiary if you change your mind or don’t set the beneficiary up first before going to payment section. Kinda poor quality app for such a good bank.
Please add FaceID support for iPadOS
Good app, having moved from FNB I do however miss the iPadOS FaceID unlock/login functionality which is preventing me from giving a higher rating - this functionality is already present on iOS please add it here for iPad Pro users’ etc’s benefit. Thanks
