I really enjoy ITCU!!! I just wish you would go back to Visa instead of Mastercard.
I’ve been with you guys since it was FAFCU before it merged and rebranded to EDS and then finally ITCU.
It has been a great relationship since 2005 almost 20 years I’ve been banking with you all! I wish we would get better rates on car loans and better deals for the veterans who have been around as long as I have!

New app
The new app update is the best thing ITCU could do. It has brought them into 2024 technology. Great job.
Decent app now that it’s finally been upgraded
The app is decent now that it’s finally been upgraded after all these years. However, it would be nice if we could see pending withdrawals and deposits on the app.
