Great Fasting Tracker
Don't have a real result yet since I just started last night, but the app has a nice and easy to understand interface. Has quite a package of features too, even for the free version
I hit the dreaded menopause lol, and fasting is an effective tool. I've dabbled before and it became a habit to skip breakfast. Find the whole "eat what you want in your eating window" doesn't work for weightloss, unless window is narrow because it IS "in vs. out" -don't fool yourself. But it gets easier to grow the fasting window, and then you CAN essentially eat whatever you want. So basically I do this for food 😀
