Downloaded this app because I was looking for an inexpensive way to renew my prescription since my doctor has not had availability. I was not sure what would be covered so I went to the help chat and after a few minutes I was told my prescription could be renewed by them (before I paid the fee!)
After a short wait I was texting directly with a doctor who was able to renew my prescription. Now I can continue my meds until I am able to see my primar which won’t be for another few weeks.
The cost was the best part, only $19 and I loved just being able to text, not call or video conference.
My favorite part too was that you get an alert on the phone when the doc is ready for you. No having to sit around trying to keep your device from going to sleep fearing you’ll miss your turn. I highly recommend.

The team of doctors behind this app are AMAZING (big thank you to Dr Nabil Baig). Super easy to use app, very responsive doctors. I’m a registered nurse and have been going through some medical/mental health issues requiring me to take some time off of work. This app was extremely easy to use in order for me to get a doctor’s note excusing me from work. For all my other healthcare workers who are familiar with Epic secure chat, this felt very similar to that! Again, wanted to reiterate a big thank you to Dr Nabil Baig for being so understanding and supportive of me during this difficult time. Not only did he write me my off work note but it truly felt like he cared about my wellbeing. Very grateful for this app and have already told some friends about it.
