Die ING App bringt alles mit, was Sie fürs Banking brauchen. Damit haben Sie Ihre persönlichen Finanzen jederzeit und überall im Griff – und mobiles Banking wird so einfach und sicher, dass es jeder kann.
- Für ING Neukunden: Einfache Girokontoeröffnung inklusive Legitimation und Selbstvergabe der Banking-Zugangsdaten.
- Alle Konten und Depots auf einen Blick sehen. Umsätze sind übersichtlich aufgelistet. Einzelne Buchungen schnell mit der Suchfunktion finden.
- Überweisen per Vorlage, Fotoüberweisung oder QR-Code: Lästiges Abtippen der IBAN entfällt
- Wertpapiere kaufen oder verkaufen und deren Entwicklung in interaktiven Charts sehen
- Karten jederzeit und von überall im Notfall sperren.
- Mobiles Bezahlen per Smartphone mit Apple Pay, und VISA Card direkt in der App aktivieren.
- Auf Wunsch per Push-Nachricht über Kontoveränderungen informieren lassen.
- Mit der Geldautomatensuche überall den nächsten Geldautomaten finden.

Short-lived romance…
Fresh new customer but the romance won’t last long…
German companies and individuals who are arrogant and discriminate against foreigners living in Germany by not offering their products, services, etc. also in the INTERNATIONAL language of English, have no place in doing business with me.
People wake up! We live in a global society where pretty much everyone can move to any country. Residing in one country doesn’t necessarily mean that you speak that country’s language. That’s why we have the INTERNATIONAL language of English.
But Germans seem to ignore that…

Hello TheLotusMind, as a German bank we also have an absolute majority of German customers. As the account management can only take place in German, there are currently no plans to launch an English version on the market. However, we are happy to take feedback on board. Kind regards your ING
Nice bank and app but no customer support
Have been a customer for years. Usually everything is fine, but if you need to speak to someone (it’s about money after all) it’s not possible. They also don’t answer their support tickets for weeks. Poor experience.
