Description

The goal of this app is to make journal entries of health symptoms as quick and efficient as possible. There are many apps to record symptoms, but I created this because all of them took too much of my time. This takes me seconds per day for 21 symptoms. My allergist was pleased by the insight from the patterns in the graphs.

This app does 3 things: simple daily entry of symptoms; graphs of the past 4 weeks of each symptom to view or show; sharing of graphs and data through Dropbox and email. It does nothing else, is as simple as possible.

Define all your own symptoms to track, up to 180 symptoms (I hope not!).

No cost, no ads, comments button to send me suggestions.

Data vanished

I have been using this app for 4 days and upon opening it this morning, 2/3 days of data have disappeared and the sliders are reset to 0. Super disappointing.

Simple and effective

True to its name, this app is delightfully streamlined, just what it needs to be and nothing more. I appreciate the simple look and straightforward functionality, and the way I can customize it for exactly the symptoms I want to track. This is the first thing that has helped me stick with symptom-tracking for more than a day or two. It’s so easy to just open the app each day and take a few seconds to record my symptoms, and the analysis algorithm lets me look for causal patterns. Thanks for a simple, understated app that does everything it needs and nothing more.

Simple tracking program

Nice program to track anything you set up. I put in a range for headaches and a yes/no for migraines. The only issue I have is that the current version shuts off audio that is playing when opened.
