There are several settings such as Standard, Eco, Weekender and Away, but. no instructions on the differences. You can assign start and stop times, but no instructions on just what that means (run continuously or don’t run any routine maintenance runs outside of those times?). What little info there is on-line is superficial and doesn’t discuss the settings.

For the past five days, I’ve been trying to reset my password at least 25 times. No email was sent allowing me to reset my password. I’ve called customer service and left voicemails at least a dozen times. No reply. Gecko Alliance is nonexistent. It’s my opinion that Bullfrog Spas teamed up with the worst company in history. I’m a third generation of a family home business with over 100 employees and today we are over 100 years old. You don’t get to be 100 years old by doing a poor job if I was a CEO of Bullfrog Spas in Utah I would fire Gecko Alliance. I have to tap a star for a reading, but if I could, I’d give him a zero for customer service what a bunch of flunkies.

I have this connected to my 15D. Receiver is 100’ from spa through walls and windows and connects pretty easily. It is nice to turn a cycle on from upstairs when shocking pool etc. This thing could have better features in my opinion, e.g. - I cant imagine adding a visual timer showing how long the pumps have been running or what is remaining would be terribly hard to add? The filter cycle is not very intuitive but thats probably more MasterPools fault.
