Update: after getting to speak with their tech support and reporting the problem a update was released and now the application is functional again. Thank you for providing the solution.

This app always crashes on iOS devices. Same on 3 different iphone models and 1 iPad. All devices are updated to the current iOS version. Hoping for a solution.
