Can go to my account information in iPhone 12 mini

I try several times to open my account but the send me back to the main page. They ask me to reset my password and I didn’t have any resume

Frustrated

This app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number.

For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble using the Smart Care app. Due to some internal maintenance at IEHP, a few features are currently unavailable. We will reach out once functionality is restored. In the meantime, you can contact Member Services for assistance at 1-800-440-4347.

Am I missing the "doc directory" pp mentioned??

This app would get a solid 5 stars if I could just use it for the one thing I'd really like use it for: finding doctors!
I see that you're able to search for PHPs so long as you're wanting to change yours, but--as far as I can tell!--there's no ability to do a proper search for an IEHP provider. I'd e-specially love to be able to look through those specialists...I HEREBY HUMBLY REQUEST THIS FEATURE! THANK YOU!

Hi, thanks for getting in touch! You're right that the Smart Care app currently allows you to search for a new doctor if you want to change your PCP. But we're working on a few enhancements to make this feature even better going forward. You'll soon be able to not only search for doctors but also filter by specialist type in your area! Hopefully you're as excited about this new feature as we are!
