This app controls my very cool little 20 strand of fairy lights. You can use this app to program each and every little light in any color you want and save your own creations. The app isn’t particularly intuitive or easy to use, but once you figure it out, it makes for some very cool light combinations. That’s when it actually works, because sometimes it just doesn’t work to control the lights for weeks on end, and you are back to using the lousy remote. It started working again recently for some reason with no update, so fingers crossed it continues to work! Also the other problem with the lights is that they will turn off again by themselves within an hour of turning them on for no reason with no timer set! That’s annoying! So they are great lights without really any competition, but you have to put up with lots of issues in this app.

But only thing is! They make you group all lights together! So far that’s only way I can find to hook up 4 sets! I want them to be individual! But they group together! But I keep buying like the ball, lights and string lights so maybe all string lights go together! It’s confusing & I don’t really care how you grouped them together and then go into the group and then individually select To adjust the strains! They should come out with an update that makes it so you can separate all your lights! Because not everyone wants to group all their string lights together!

But overall price & customization is pretty great! The only thing is all the effects have the same effect on each category! so the fence, is the same effect as the Christmas tree, just different pictures with 6 slide over adjustments! I think each of fact should be totally different!

not quite sure what happened, i’ve had the string led lights for roughly a year now and i’ve always had no problem with them. except for maybe a few sections of the light being non-coordinated in colors, but beyond that no problem.

recently though, there was an app update. i updated it like usual but every time i open it to turn on or off the lights, it tells me to update the app. and when i try to update it, it tells me to simply open the map.

opening and closing doesn’t fix the problem, about to manually unplug the lights just to turn it off. hope this app glitch thing fixes it self soon.
