Support not answering

This past year has been the worse with SS. I have played this 25+ years. First it was repeating only about 10-12 games. Now I renewed days ago and yet have yet to quit getting prompts to do it again. I used support to send a screenshot of my auto pay, no response. Still loosing daily points. 2 years ago I reached over level 1000 and it started acting out. I was told to delete and reinstall to fix the issues. Never worked. I had to start my level at 1. When I hit 500 this time it repeats about 8-10 games and is still not recognizing my auto payment. If not fixed soon I must contact Apple to solve the issue and tequest a refund.
That was 2024. Things have improved. I finally rec’d help and I am set on payment. I still get repeat games often unless a new numbered game shows in the daily challenges. I’m back to over an 800 level so I have no doubt I will continue to get easy the games that are pretty close to manageable or just a repeat of what they feel is needed. I’m well over 65 but I will not give up. I’m old and not stupid ha, the game is worth playing to keep the mind working. I don’t expect to break any records, but this is still the best solitary on the market.

Again, today with the unending Trojans ad would NOT stop!

So today the Trojans Magnum RAW rubbers as would NOT complete & offer to close. Just freaking thrilling to not play and instead get stuck with a condoms ad. Just freaking swell. If I’m playing Solitaire, it stands to reason that, being alone, playing a solitary game, I’m likely NOT in need of condoms. Sheesh!!!! Hilarious freaking annoyance. Just what I need RAWWWW condoms. **** again with the u ending, no option to dismiss the condom ad. The other ads were fine until this one pops up and will not complete or offer dismissal. **** Less than a week later and Raw Condom ad is back - and with no option to dismiss. Why do you allow such smegma to lock up access to the game????? **** And now you’re letting your advertiser, SHEIN, lock up your app. Swell. You have a rotten relationship with some of your advertisers. Once again you have an ad that is jamming up the access to play. It’s been about 12 hours now. Do you attend to this issue?? Occasionally??

Again. You allow all sorts of advertiser abuse. This time it’s some sort of truck/auto ad that is JUST a little oversized for the screen so that the bypass arrows or “x”s are not accessible. Do NOT ask for the advertiser specifics because that isn’t evident either. So the ad runs for a few days until dog only knows what makes it stop… perhaps a gazillion complaints from users???

Problems with ads

I have been playing this games for years, and have always appreciated the 5 second ads. Recently, after watching a 5 second ad, when I hit the X to close it, the same ad comes up, maybe in a little different format. At times, I have to watch 3 of these, for the same product, to get back to the game.

Tonight, there is the added problem with a banner ad for Candy Crush Soda that is at the bottom of the screen when I am playing the game. There is no option to remove it, and it covers the toolbar for game play. If I touch it just right, I can activate the needed tool because after playing the games so long, I know where the actions I need are located (undo, hint, etc.) However, many times, I end up being taken to the App Store for The Candy Crush game. Frustrating!

I really like this game, and all the Mobility Ware games. I appreciate all the statistics features and options to change graphics and games play features. Please fix these ad issues.
