Article search is limited and clunky
Registration and login worked fine. Tried a search for articles about stress, and came up with nothing (?)
Tried a few more searches, and realized that the search is clunky. All the articles are grouped into categories, so you have to search for a category, then if you find one that matches your search, you must run a second search based on sub category.
What it really needs is an open search that finds all articles with a keyword, instead of forcing a search by category
Horrible user experience
During registration, there was an error with one of the required fields when I tried to submit (password and ‘confirm password’ mismatch because of a typo) but instead of letting me just correct that field, it punted me out of the page and I had to click Register and fill in ALL of the registration fields again!
During my video call, clicking on the hamburger menu disconnected the call. No option to mute myself if I needed to. The app also logged me out during the call even though the call was still active (could hear the other person but could no longer see them). Logging back in didn’t fix it and it eventually logged me out again. Carried on the conversation unable to see the other person but she could see me.
This app also feels like it was designed and built in the 90s. So many basic UX principles that have long been standard are not adopted.
It seems fine now guys?
I’m surprised with all the bad reviews because it honestly seems to work fine now for me. No noticeable bugs and all features (that I am aware of at least) are fully functional.
