Update: I sent an email for help with this matter and within days they had responded and compensated me for my lost booster pack. Thank you very much for the quick response!!

Just 2 days ago I spent $10 to buy a booster pack. I also had accumulated over 300,000 coins. Today I get on the game and everything is gone! I’m not nearly as upset over the loss of coins as I am the fact that I spent money on your app and my booster pack just disappears overnight! What do I do about that??
I was loving playing this game during my “chillout” time before going to bed every night, but right now I’m 😡. Fix my problem and I’ll change my rating.

I subscribed to the VIP Card mainly to get rid of the pop up ads. Maybe what l think are the pop up ads are not what you meant - all the ads on the daily spin, cash spin, extra moves at the end of the level l am trying to win, etc. l tried to unsubscribe to it after getting very frustrated about these ads still being there. In reading the directions on how to unsubscribe, it states to go to user’s account settings and turn off the auto renewal. The only things that l have in my settings is music, sound, logout of Facebook, and rate. I can also change my user name. Nowhere does it give me the option to turn this off. I really like the game but feel like it is not possible to turn the VIP card off. Either the option is someplace else and it is explained poorly or the option is not there. Either way, it needs to be fixed.

You’d think that with all the extras you would be able to beat all levels. Nope. There is a level now that needs to remove 22 jumping guys but only 20 are in the level making it impossible. It’s somewhere like level 2348. This happens sometimes and the player is stuck. Cannot move on, cannot win, earn stars or rewards, etc. also, any bonuses that you use will also just go away. I have even started a level with bonuses and then the game crashes and you get kicked out. It resets but you lose whatever you had used on that level anyway. Beware!have to quit playing now. If I had a dollar for every time this game has frozen, kicked me out and/or crashed, I would be rich. It freezes during and after ads, in the middle of a level, an activity, or just trying to open a level. It’s painfully annoying. The game and mini games are fun, but the amount of ‘goodies’ and whatnot I have lost via crashing is frustrating.

Though it's hard to eliminate this issue completely, because the ad suppliers are not under our control and problem will occur in any situation such network instability, no ad source.
