iBank Vtma is a remote teller assistance system

In order to better assist on-site customers and alleviate the pressure of remote tellers, we have launched a on-site business processing method for tellers' machines.
Assist customers in quickly completing account opening and card opening operations through on-site approval by bank personnel.
The system has two role users, teller and checker:
Teller users can independently choose a current service state, and when they choose an idle state, they can receive calls from the teller machine. When the customer uploads customer information on the ATM, it will be displayed to the teller for approval. After the approval is completed, the card opening and account opening business will be completed. When the card opening business requires higher authority review, the teller will push the information to the checker user for approval, and the business will be completed after approval.
