Keeps crashing
Downloaded this app on my iPhone and keeps crashing….downloaded on my windows computer and will not update firmware…terrible software support!
App doesn’t even detect the earbuds
They are connected to my phone and even updated through the computer but still the app won’t detect them
Doesn’t work with hyper cloud mix buds
Please update (restore) the iPhone app so I can configure my Mix buds with this app. The app opens and immediately tries to connect to the Mix 2 buds (which I do not own)
