Great app, worked perfectly & instantly

Was in a pinch getting food delivered from a Philly restaurant that only does pickups.

Took a chance on this app, not familiar with it. It worked perfectly and instantly (unlike TaskRabbit quotes for help no sooner than 3 hours). Food was picked up within 10 minutes of me placing the order. Was in contact with the courier. Price was absolutely fair.

Will definitely use again in similar scenarios.

Always the Same Generic Responses - I Demand a Refund

You guys finally called me back a few days ago. I filed a complaint and asked the lady on the phone if I would get a refund. She said they would have to do an investigation. I told her I understood, but if the investigation proves what I'm saying, I need a refund. She didn't want to respond and told me that's another department. I asked to be transferred to that "other department," but she said she wasn't allowed to. I don't need apologies; I need the money you guys shamelessly took from me. If you want to scam people, come as you are, but don't apologize and do nothing to fix the problem. I demand a refund. I can call my bank and dispute, but why don't you save me the trouble and just give me the money your inept hiring process made me lose.

They need to revamp this service right now its not good

Its a coin toss as to if you will get your delivery or not. For me out of 8 orders I have only received three. I am trying them one last time and not going to hold my breath because they have been letting me down. Customer service is no help. When you call they tell you to give it more time and when you do the pick up order is canceled. Its not a good business model when people order from you in good faith thinking you have drivers and you do not. Its also not fair for the restaurant who prepares the order waiting for a driver who never comes. The only one that seems to be out of nothing is hyperflyer. They should confirm a driver and then have the client order the food. Otherwise all hyperflyer is doing is cheating restaurants and consumers. I highly do not recommend them.
