Use SurfWheel app
After tons of research I finally just guessed and found that SurfWheel and HX Urban are the same board just different names. I downloaded the SurfWheel app and it immediately connected and firmware updated after I went to the update section.
Won’t Connect !
Bought two surf wheels, one for each of my children, for Christmas. Can’t connect to the app to do anything! Both are stuck in “learner” mode!!!!
Crashes
Won’t connect to my board at all. App crashes every minute or so.
