I love the food and service, but they keep switching rewards programs. Every time they do, I get stuck with earned points that are useless. I was just informed that the rewards program in this app isn’t being used any longer. Also, this app doesn’t even have my favorite location listed that’s been here for at least a decade.

So, enjoy the food, but don’t bother with the rewards program nor this app!!

We are always happy with our orders, but we have a few things to say/ask why is onion rings on the platers as a side but we can never get them, we have tried several times, time after time and again to fail. If you don’t no longer have them as a option please change it, or if you do have them then fix the app. And another thing I used my point to get a free kids meal and it took my points and still charged me, and 1 little container of gravy is hardly enough for the fries, let alone fries and shrimp. But as I said we are happy customers and the food is and almost always is wonderful. Thank you 🙏🏻🥰🙂💜

Downloaded the 55 app after a fantastic pick up experience at the Knightdale location. Sent my husband to Garner, ( we live in Riverwood Athletic Club) and the app did not give the Knightdale location for an option. Figured, same place, just a different location; waited for 45 minutes for him to bring home a Fried JB&B Chicken Tenders sandwich missing all of the regular stuff it was supposed to come with, barely any JB&B sauce and the tenders were also burnt. Also was supposed to get Ranch with my fried pickles...nope...looked and tasted like a balsamic vinaigrette. This is the reason I do not try new things; I will not try this location again for sure.
