Useless App
Why have an app if it takes you to the website when you try to do anything at all on the app. Also why can I not look at my own account number on the app? Why do I have to call you guys for everything? Not to mention being hung up on by your customer service when I’m already mad nothing is working. Terrible app not even worth downloading.
Closing my account
The app is useless. Why can’t they get the sizing right? Also I hate that when I want to transfer money to pay my Hughes credit card, it doesn’t show me the balance due. It shows the available credit. I don’t want to know what I can spend, I want to pay my balance-show me that! Closing my account because the app is such a pain.
Does not really work with IPad
The app will download and maintain the size of a smart phone. I can not read it or see what it shows.
