Welcome to the new HSBC Turkey Mobile Banking App.
Designed especially for our HSBC Turkey customers, the app has been rebuilt with an improved transaction set and design.
You can do Current and Time Deposit Account transactions, Money Transfers, Investment and Stock Transactions. You can pay your credit card balance, loan installments, bills and taxes. You can access your credit card information and can adjust your credit card security settings in addition to cash advance and virtual credit card transactions. We will continue to add more features in order to meet your daily banking needs.
This App is designed for use in HSBC Bank Turkey (HSBC Turkey). The products and services represented within this App are intended for HSBC Turkey customers.
This App is provided by HSBC Turkey for the use of existing customers of HSBC Turkey. Please do not download this App if you are not an existing customer of HSBC Turkey.

We are always listening to your feedback and are working hard to improve your Mobile Banking experience.
Our latest update includes the following features and improvements;
- Document signing transactions become aligned with the regulatory compliance.
- Money transfer limit update transaction has been added.
- Mutual Fund Details Booklet has been added to the pre-login screen.
- “My Portfolio” menu which includes all portfolio menus in just one screen has been added.
- Bug fixes and customer experience improvements.

Very Disappointed
It is common sense to let your customers know ahead of time that you are going to upgrade the hsbc app! The app stopped working with a very deceiving error about not having an internet connection! When i called hsbc customer service, they acknowledged that they made updates and that i needed to remove the old app and install a new one. The sad thing is that this is not the first time this happens.
