Much Improved
There have been recent updates to the app that have made it much better. Biometrics are functional, the app is faster, sleeker, and easy to navigate. It no longer feels like a mobile dashboard that deep links into a desktop site. Much improved.
Worst banking app with horrible customer service!
I have to use this bank to keep up with my HSA through my employer. I hate it! This app is all over the place as far as what covers as medical expenses. Using the eligibility scanner tells you an item is eligible and when it’s time to pay, it gets declined saying it’s not eligible. Even through that item falls under the medical expense. How is customer service going to tell me that feminine products aren’t considered a medical expense, BUT YOUR APP HAS A SECTION TO PURCHASE HSA APPROVED FEMININE PRODUCTS!! DUHH!!🥴🥴🥴 Then speaking to a customer service rep, they are the most rudest people ever. Don’t know how to speak to their clients and have a very condescending attitude. I had a rep by the name of Vanessa who told me I need to go by the IRS site and keep up with the list of qualifying medical expenses when it is YOU who needs to keep up with it. I am using YOUR bank so you need to update YOUR service. Customer service is getting a bit too comfortable behind the phone with how they speak to their clients.
Not a fan
I'm not a fan of "apps" that utilize a web interface within them. Really the app should be a true app. I should not need to punch zoom everything in order to see /view it. This diminishes the user experience greatly and adds frustrations. There are issues with the login, also. Every time i launch the app it just spins and spins at the login screen, as if it's trying to log in & fails, forcing the user to force close the app, reopen it & then authenticate. I'm not sure if this is in relationship to it being left open in the background and then being relaunched and having a stale session cookie or what the issue could be.
