The HPPR App:
The HPPR App allows you to listen to HPPR, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for HPPR all at once! You can explore and listen to On Demand content whenever you want, share stories with your friends, and wake up to HPPR with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from HPPR even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing.
• Integrated program schedules for HPPR streams!
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click.
• Listen to HPPR in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!
On Demand
• Access HPPR's past programs easily and quickly.
• DVR-like controls. Pause, rewind and fast forward your program with ease.
• When listening to programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen to the entire program.
• The HPPR App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.
Additional features
• Easily share stories and programs with family and friends via the “Share” button.
• A built in Sleep Timer and Alarm Clock allows you to go to sleep and wake up to your favorite station.

Great App for our Public Radio provider
News, opinion, local color (Growing On the High Plains, Little Spouse on the Prairie, more) all on demand. Availability of listening to what’s on broadcast right now, and the choice of listening to what was broadcast recently past, or (local color) maybe months ago. If you missed it this AM, you might still be able to hear it. Quality of sound is great.

I listen to High Plains morning with Jenny Inzerillo every morning on my way to work. Now I can listen to it while I’m at work! Plus I can see what is playing on my radio with the app while listening to the number of music shows on HPPR.

Best public radio anywhere. Sure wish they’d expand the listening area. Or I had better service everywhere.
