We really enjoy and use this tool a lot! Please keep up the good work!
Something we would like your help is the recording of the date when updating the territory house you visit. The date does not change unless you exit the application and ‘refresh’ . But going one by one, is difficult to keep track of which one has been changed as the date is not immediately recorded. Please work on this.

Difficult to Find Support
After using other apps for congregation oversight, I have to say that Hourglass is not the best, but not the worst.
It takes too much time to figure out how to make things work due to a lack of support documentation, online or in writing.
I have figured out how to accomplish much of what isn’t documented but still cannot figure out how to select the items on the dropdown list for cleaning assignments. It seems to default to FSGs, but I need to assign multiple groups or all groups for thorough cleaning assignments. I am hoping that this message gets through to the app developers.
Service Minutes and PRC Labels
This is hands down one of the better Secretary programs, it allows us to go completely electronic now. However for those who still print out cards and labels, the label format needs to be adjusted to a standard Avery Label size. Also the entered minutes should be adjusted to allow 1/2 hour segments as either .5 for half or .30 for minutes. Other than those few issues I enjoy the program.
