A good combination of horoscope and astrology!

I started using the app for horoscopes to find tips to improve my life especially career. But the app goes beyond that, it offers chats with a real astrologer who is a super lovely person. I listen to her as she gives great advice.

Too many bugs

I paid for an annual subscription. The first question I asked, the astrologer answered very vaguely and then asked me a question, forcing me to use my second question to respond. I contacted the developer, was promised additional questions and was given a much more thorough response although no additional questions were added. I had to log out of the app from Facebook and when I went back in it had my placements all wrong. Contacted the developer again and the only fix was to create a whole new account so my chart would be correct. Developer promised I would get a couple months added to my subscription with the new account. New account didn’t have extra questions either. Contacted developer to answer her question about how long my subscription was and I haven’t heard back since. So far it’s been nothing but a headache and I’m not a fan of being placated with promises that aren’t followed through on. There’s no way to change any settings or prioritize what I want to see or to check on the subscription through the app itself. An update is needed desperately. The star is only because I like the daily star rating. However, the 2020 review has one two and it says it’s for “today” and changes daily. Otherwise I’d give it two just because I enjoy that feature. I’m not sure this app was ready to launch when it did.

Entire app

Well I first got on the app to just see what it was about but then it says to ask a question but the question that it had up I did not want to ask so I ask another it says the response time is 6hrs or less but I never received a response from anyone and it’s been over 24hrs to me I feel this app is a scam to get your money to do these things but no answers then the horoscopes are totally wrong it says Scorpio and Libra aren’t compatible but I am very good friends with a Libra male our chemistry is amazing and if circumstances were different he would want to be with me and vice versa but we never cross that threshold and I’m very good friends with a female Libra and we get along so well the entire thing is just fake and a scam to me then it says unswers in 2 hrs or 6 improper grammar never heard of that word and then I can’t do the meditation every time I try it closes out

The average time of response is 2 hours but sometimes it can indeed take more as a real person is replying to the messages, not a bot.
