This app is DREADFUL! A faulty piece of junk. The app does not accurately post the true status of the alarm. I can sit inside my house and set the alarm from the app and even though the alarm is set the app indicates the alarm is not set. Then I can turn the alarm off from the app, but again, the status on the app never changed. So, if I use it outside of my home I will never know if the alarm is off or on. It will always show the alarm is not armed. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. It’s garbage!! Unfortunately it’s the app my alarm company uses so I might need to fire them and find a company that uses a decent, functioning app. p.s I’ve given the app one star bc the system won't let me give this app what it deserves: a Zero.

This application is very light weight and works great with my Honeywell security system. Using advanced programming I found out from technician that it needs an extra jumper cable from the telguard communication device all the way to the Honeywell panel if one has a Tmobile or Verizon mobile connection. Without the jumper cable connecting both devices that arming from the wall Keypad will not be communicated back to the iOS application. If you have any other mobile connection then this jumper cable is not needed. Lot of people may not know this requirement and hence I am posting this review for your benefit. Talk to your technician about this cable if you have a Tmobile or Verizon connection and your app doesn’t update to red lock after arming from keypad on the wall. The app works perfectly as designed.

The app is easy to use❗️ The function of the app is not aligned correctly with our security system. I usually just set the security system before I walk out of the house! (Which is not always convenient)
We NEED 2 options on the APP... An away mode and a stay mode.... just because I’m leaving doesn’t mean everyone in the house is! Sometimes the app will show an away/stay mode, but the stay mode vanishes and your never able to use it❗️❗️❗️
Lastly, I agree with a previous statement having a finger setting to log in... I do NOT leave the app signed in that makes NO sense if someone gets a hold of my phone then they can see my information so for security purposes to have a finger print log in would make more sense!!!
