Easy to use
I like how easy this app makes everything. I needed to schedule a heater repair, and being able to record a video showing the situation was quite valuable. The service professional arrived prepared and the issue was handled instantly. It’s far better than the texting of emails I had to deal with. I am not giving a 5 star because I want them to work more on the speed of the app and also some minor issues.
Efficient and User-Friendly
The Home365 app has streamlined so many aspects of living in a rental. Recently, I needed to report a problem with my AC unit, and I was able to upload a video of the issue directly through the app. The response was quick, and I scheduled the repair in just a few taps. The app even keeps you updated on the status of your request, which is super helpful. It’s easy to use and really takes the stress out of dealing with maintenance.

Had an issue with the stove and used the app to submit a repair request. The video feature is super useful because I didn’t have to try to describe the problem. Scheduling the repair was simple, and I could track everything. The technician showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. This app makes the whole process of reporting issues and getting them fixed so much easier!
