As soon as clients within your service area open a job for proposal that matches your service profile, you'll receive notifications and see the lead appear on your dashboard. Interested? Reach out to them! Every Home Guild membership has unlimited, no-fee communication. It's all included in your membership.

Potential clients browse Home Guild to discover pros for their job. Maybe your hard work has already built a good reputation they've heard of. Perhaps they're looking for a pro in the community and want someone nearby. Or maybe your profile and experience just knocked their socks off. Clients can create jobs complete with photos and descriptions and submit them directly to your business for review and a bid. As soon as they reach out, you'll be notified and can review and respond quickly to win that job.

RESPOND TO REVIEWS

Every story has two sides. Make sure you are represented. Home Guild allows you to reply to reviews. Add context, explain disagreements, or just offer a mea culpa. Tell your side of the story.

MEDIATED COMMENTS

Reviews under 3 stars are automatically placed in our mediation process. We'll reach out to the client and see if there's a quick solution. We'll pass that on to you. Mediated reviews only post after both sides have had an opportunity to make good on the problem.

CLIENT REVIEWS

Client reviews. Reviews work both ways. We've all run into that client who doesn't pay or wastes your time. Leave a client review.
