The app does not have multiple user profiles option
The app is good, my only complaint about this app is that unlike other streaming apps it doesn’t have multiple user profile options. Using multiple user option would enable multiple people to watch their movies without any inconvenience

Cannot cancel subscription
You cannot cancel subscription easily. When you click “cancel subscription” button, it tells you to contact support team. There is no “chat” or “call” option to talk to a live agent to cancel it. Apparently you have to submit a ticket to cancel the subscription and they will get back to you in 12 hours once you submit the ticket. I submitted it, did not receive any confirmation email of submitting the ticket, no idea if it even went through, haven’t received any call back yet. Why would canceling a subscription be this difficult?!! It feels like a scam.
Lacks maturity
This app has been around for quite a while. However, for a channel which was born on mobile and subscriptions it hasn’t evolved and the experience is glitchy. The chromecast experience remains extremely poor. The ability to accurately track the watch history and time. Often it doesn’t recognize subscription status and needs to be restarted. The content is good though, which of course is no reflection on the app development teams caliber.
