High Profile 17+

Love being able to get on the website and shop for new deals. The app version tho, unfortunately since I live in Indiana, it does NOT allow you to shop because IN is a lame state. Other than that, I use the website for literally everything. I use the app to check my points. Plus, I’ve been trying to work @ HP for the last 2 years, come on guys, let me in 😂

I love the store. I hate the app. It is not user friendly at all. It is horrible. It takes so long to find what I want to order that sometimes it’s just easier to go to the store and do it that way. The developer of this app clearly does not use it. If you click on “ edibles” then change the drop down from “most popular” to anything else in the drop down it says it has no products in that category. Then don’t have the drop down! It’s not even easy to start shopping in the app. Click on shopping and you have to click and search all the buttons just to try and find what you want. On iPhone it blocks most of the screen with the store and address and other nonsense and you are scrolling and shopping with a now inch window. This app has so many problems I could go on and on but instead the developers should put the app in the hands of regular users and see what happens. All they need is a “shop now” “type of product” and filters. I don’t want to have to scroll through tons of items I don’t want to TRY to find what I do want. Horrible. Waste of time. Please fix this app and make it as great as the store itself. Or at the very least make it useable.

Higher profile is a great store to shop at. The customer service is great and in/out service is always the best. Great product and lots to choice from. I recommend everyone to higher profile due to there customer service and quality management skills.
