Doing these 5 things consistently takes patience and persistence. High 5 gently reminds you throughout the day to do these 5 tasks and keeps track of your progress!

There is a link to his excellent TED Talk from a few years ago within the app, but I highly recommend reading the full book. It has changed my life, and I personally owe an immeasurable amount of happiness to the things I learn each time I read or listen to his books.

Exactly What I’m Looking For!

This is a great app. A streamlined efficient way to journal through the day and record meditation and exercise goals. The principles talked about by Shawn Achor are important and this removes much of the activation energy required. Thanks!!
