I use to get notifications for every turn my machine made. I hated all of them but did like the notification when the little box stuck that I would know. Now I get no notifications. It can get stuck upside down and I wouldn’t know. I don’t like that as with three cats if its broken and I am at work it could be like that all day. Please fix it!

This feeder is fantastic and so is the customer service. Purchased the feeder almost a year ago. I had a few issues and they were resolved promptly by customer service via text. I love that you can view your fur baby when not at home and see the food bowl to see if they are eating, when my cat hears come and eat he runs. The app is very user friendly and if you have a problem you can contact customer service through the app. Would recommend this feeder!

The app is super easy to use! I can login anytime to watch , talk and play with our Sphynx cats! I LOVE the laser pointer play functions ability to schedule playtime, perform random patterns and extended time. I also use the voice function quite often and it works perfectly.
