Can you please add the option to control the volum from the buds ip and down in the buds pro 2 .. and noise cancellation works so bad .. I don't know if this issue only on iphone or not ..
and please fix the connection it lost from the app too fast .. so i have to opren to app everytime to connect the buds ..Please fix this thing Thanks a lot for your efforts

While I was skeptical to download this app due to the slew of negative reviews I did so anyway so I could at least update my OnePlus Buds Pro 2. I was presently surprised to find that all of the issues reviewers had written about are fixed (at least for me). Connection was quick, easy, and the app stayed connected. Updating the earbuds was quick and painless. Also the reviews complaining about the lack of EQ customization seem to be outdated. As there was a tab with a small selection of premade EQ balances and the option to create my own personal balances preset. Overall everything I wanted and needed was in the app and it seems the company has fixed previous issues.

I recently encountered a major inconvenience with the HeyMelody app. It requires a network connection to change headphone settings, which is incredibly frustrating. I was in a building without service and couldn’t switch to transparency mode because the app insisted on having a network connection before allowing any functionality. This kind of dependency makes no sense and greatly diminishes the user experience. Please address this issue in future updates! 🎧📱✨
