The Herfy app is an absolute disaster. It’s riddled with bugs, constantly crashing, and barely usable. Orders often get delayed or go missing, with no reliable way to track them. The interface is outdated and confusing, making it a headache to navigate. Customer support is non-existent, leaving users stranded when issues inevitably arise. This app fails on every level and feels like a complete afterthought. Avoid it at all costs.
Don’t use this app for herfy
When your ordering from herfy please don’t use this trash app. The 5 stars are all genuine bots. The restaurant is great and all but the app just took my money and had me waiting for hours for my order. It was all until I filed a complaint, then I received my order after another hour. The food was cold as well and tasted like cardboard. Just don’t order for this app.
